TERMS & CONDITIONS

Reservations and Payment Schedule
A deposit of $500. per person is required within 7 days of booking your reservation. Payment may be made by check payable to Art Adventures International. The balance may be must be made 75 days prior to departure. If full payment is not received at least 75 days prior to departure, Art Adventures International reserves the right to treat the reservation as cancelled.

Confirmation
Upon receipt of your reservation deposit, we will send you a detailed information packet to prepare you for the tour.

Space is strictly limited.
Early enrollment is essential; each previous tour has been fully booked.

Cancellations & Refunds
In the event that Art Adventures International is forced to cancel a program, a full refund will be made to those enrolled.

Art Adventures International is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the participant in relation to a cancelled tour.

All cancellations by participants must be submitted in writing and sent by certified mail through the United States Postal Service or by reputable overnight delivery service to Art Adventures International. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.

All cancellations of confirmed reservations are subject to a cancellation fee by Art Adventures International.*

Cancellation Fees
Cancellation fee $200.00

*In addition to the aforementioned fees any non-recoverable airline, hotel, or tour operator fees will be due from participant. No refunds will be made until payments are recovered by Art Adventures International from program suppliers.

No refunds will be made on any services, meals or accommodations resulting from a participant's absence from the tour itinerary or from other situations thereby resulting in the non-utilization of those program components by the participant.

Group
All prices for tour are based on 20 participants. If the group has fewer than 20 participants there may be a reasonable supplement added to tour price. That supplement will be limited to $200. per participant.

Photography
Participants may be photographed for the educational and promotional purposes of Art Adventures International.

Tour Prices
All rates, quoted in U.S. dollars, are based upon tariffs and exchange rates in effect at the time of this printing. Prices will be adjusted only if air fare conditions or currency exchange rates are revised.

Travel Documents
U.S. citizens are required to possess a valid passport for travel to the program destinations. Holders of passports of countries other than the United States of America should inquire about their individual visa requirements from consular offices of the countries in which they will be traveling.

Travel Insurance
It is strongly recommended that program participants enroll in a travel protection plan. Information on Travel Protection Plan will be sent to tour participants with their information packet.

Not Included
Room charges such as telephone, mini-bar, and personal hotel charges. Gratuity to escorts, guides, or drivers. Passport and visa charges, handling of excess baggage, and personal expenses. Travel Protection Plan. U.S. Departure taxes.

Important Notice
You hereby represent that you are in good health and that you will have obtained a valid passport and appropriate health insurance prior to the departure date. You acknowledge that this tour may involve self-navigated travel in a foreign country or foreign countries using various means of transportation, that you may travel at times unsupervised by Art Adventures International, that there are risks inherent in such travel and that you assume all risks of travel.

You hereby agree that in the event of non-payment or default of any material term of this Agreement, you shall be responsible for the costs and expenses of collection, including reasonable attorney’s fees.

Art Adventures International, coordinator of tour, and tour operators, act only in capacity of agents in making arrangements for transportation, hotels and other services and does not assume any liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, death, loss, accident or delay due to any act or default of any carrier, hotel, restaurant, company or person rendering any of the services included in the tour program, or caused by force majeure. Further no responsibility is accepted for any damage or delay due to sickness, pilferage, labor dispute, machinery breakdown, quarantine, government restraints, weather or other causes beyond its control. No responsibility is accepted for any omission, delay, rerouting, additional expense or other events resulting from improper health certificates or documents or acts of any government authority. Art Adventures International as "Tour Agents," reserve the right to decline to accept any person as a member of the tour or to refuse to retain any member of a tour and to expel same from the tour in the event of misconduct or incompatibility with interests of the tour group. Tour Agents reserve the right to adjust the itinerary or to substitute hotels. Neither the airlines nor public transportation companies concerned are to be held responsible for any act, omission, or event during the time the passenger is not aboard their aircraft or conveyances. Passenger contract in use by the airlines and public carriers, when issued, shall be the sole contract between the carrier and passenger.
